Meat, fish & eggs for babies and toddlers

The pages below explain how to prepare each one: slow-cooked strips or minced meat, flaked fish checked carefully for bones, and eggs cooked until the white and yolk are firm. Egg and fish are priority allergens, so offer each on its own at first and keep serving it regularly once your baby tolerates it.
