How do I start my journey with the app?
To begin, you’ll need to create a user account. You have the flexibility to sign up using your email address or conveniently through your preferred platforms, such as Apple, Facebook or Google. Once your account is set up, the next step is to add your child’s profile. This is an essential step as it allows you to start recording and tracking your child’s nutritional intake and growth milestones.
What does it cost to use myBabyNUTRI?
the app is free to use if you want to monitor and take notes about the growth and progress of your child.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they are cancelled in your store account:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → myBabyNUTRI → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → myBabyNUTRI → Cancel.
Premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, go to More → Delete account and confirm. Your profile, children, logs, recipes and photos are removed from our servers. You can also email info@mybabynutri.com from the address you registered with. Full details are on the Delete Your Account page.
Which languages does the app support?
myBabyNUTRI is available in 13 languages: English, Arabic, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Turkish. The app follows your phone language automatically.
